Scope and responsibility

This page supports Redomon’s global B2B SaaS. The operator is based in Argentina; the service is not limited to the Argentine market. Applicable privacy and other mandatory laws depend on the relevant processing and jurisdiction.

This policy applies to both Redomon CRM and Redomon Product Analytics, including mail synchronization and sending, AI, documents, file storage, events and contact linking.

This policy forms part of the Redomon service terms and applies to workspace administrators, members and others using Redomon on their behalf. Questions or reports can be sent to hello@redomon.com. Redomon is operated by Manuel García Nicastro, CUIT 20-50046009-2, La Plata, Argentina.

Lawful business use

Use Redomon only for lawful, authorized business activities and within your plan’s disclosed limits. Do not use it for fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, harassment, unlawful discrimination or infringement of others’ privacy or intellectual property. Do not upload content you have no right or lawful basis to process, or use the service to disclose confidential information unlawfully.

System integrity

Do not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, organizations, messages, infrastructure or data. Do not bypass workspace boundaries, authentication, permissions, metering or usage limits; forge billing or usage events; share accounts to evade seat requirements; overload systems; or interfere with other customers’ service. Security research must stay within explicit written authorization and applicable law. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately without extracting other users’ data.

Mailbox authorization

Mailbox access must be authorized by the mailbox holder and compatible with law, provider rules and workplace requirements. Do not connect another person’s mailbox merely because you know its password. Minimize imported content and respect correspondence confidentiality, retention requirements and rights requests. A mailbox may contain third-party data and sensitive information that you are not entitled to move into a shared CRM.

Outbound email

Do not send unsolicited bulk email, deceptive marketing, spoofed senders or messages that violate applicable anti-spam rules. Honor unsubscribe requests and suppression lists where required, maintain any required consent records, and provide accurate sender identification. Purchased or scraped contact lists do not create permission to send. Metered email capacity is a technical allowance, not legal authorization or a guarantee of delivery.

Analytics collection

Collect analytics only from websites, applications and users you are authorized to measure. Give the notices and choices required for event collection, visitor identifiers and linkage to CRM people or organizations. Do not hide sensitive information, passwords or payment details in event properties, page URLs, documents or files. Do not use analytics or linked contacts to conduct unlawful surveillance, bypass a person’s privacy choice or infer protected characteristics without a lawful basis.

AI and sensitive data

Do not use AI features to evade these restrictions, infer sensitive characteristics without a lawful basis, or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Review summaries and draft messages for accuracy, confidentiality, recipients and appropriateness before use. Do not present AI output as verified professional advice or knowingly use false output to mislead others.

Redomon is not designed to store payment card security codes, authentication secrets in notes, special-category datasets, criminal-offence records or regulated clinical records. Do not submit such information without an explicit written agreement and safeguards suitable for the data and purpose. Ordinary business email is not automatically safe to synchronize in full.

Investigation and enforcement

We may investigate credible reports using proportionate access consistent with our DPA and privacy notice. We do not promise to pre-screen all customer content. Where reasonably necessary we may restrict affected functions, require remediation or suspend access to contain a security or legal risk. We will give reasons and an opportunity to remedy when safe, lawful and practical, and use narrower restrictions where sufficient. Serious abuse or imminent risk may require immediate action. Persistent or material violations may lead to termination under the service terms.

Review and policy changes

If you believe a restriction was mistaken, email hello@redomon.com with the workspace and relevant facts. We will review the available information. Do not include passwords, unnecessary personal data or full message archives in reports. Reporting does not waive legal complaint or appeal rights.

Changes follow the service agreement’s notice provisions. Nothing here authorizes disproportionate monitoring or overrides mandatory rights.
